In contrast to its competitors, the company concentrates on products that not every distributor sells and therefore acts as a general or exclusive distributor in many cases.

The company was founded in 1993 and has been represented since 1997 by Hai-Tao Wang, who is still active in the company today..
Turnover, profitability and the number of employees have increased every year since it was founded.
The company's headquarter is located in Ratingen, in the immediate vicinity of Düsseldorf International Airport.

Numerous distribution contracts have been concluded with manufacturers over the years.
With Asrock, Azza, Biostar, Gainward, LC-Power, MSI, NZXT, Patriot, Palit / XpertVision, Powercolor, XFX etc. just to name a few.
